Intellectual and Industrial Property Infringements

The use of Mercado Pago Services to engage in activities or process payments related to the commercialization of products and/or services that infringe the intellectual or industrial property rights of Mercado Pago or any third party is strictly prohibited. Accordingly, Users must not commercialize products and/or services that infringe our Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws regarding trademarks, copyrights, related rights, patents, utility models, industrial models and designs, or any other intellectual or industrial property rights. Users are solely responsible for any infringement they commit using the Services.

Users may be reported through the channels Mercado Pago makes available to Intellectual Property Rights holders and/or their authorized representatives for reporting websites that use Mercado Pago’s Payment Processing Services and whose content allegedly infringes their rights.

Intellectual Property rights holders enrolled in the Brand Protection Program may submit reports through the program. Alternatively, unregistered holders may submit reports through the following form.
