How to invite a collaborator
- Go to Your business > Collaborators.
- Click on Invite collaborator to create a new role.
- Enter the email of the collaborator you want to invite.
Important
The collaborators flow will create a Mercado Livre account with the entered email. Therefore, the email must not be registered with Mercado Pago in order to avoid any conflicts.
- Choose the collaborator's role.
- Review the collaborator's role and click on the Confirm button.
- Click on Send invitation.
After that, the collaborator will receive an email with the invitation and, through the link, they must create an account on Mercado Pago with their first name, last name, and password.
The seller will be able to manage their collaborators and roles from the Collaborators option.
