\# Measure integration quality Quality measurement evaluates whether your integration meets Mercado Pago's security and quality requirements. Before going to production, complete this evaluation to identify mandatory adjustments, recommendations, and best practices. > NOTE > > This documentation describes quality measurement for \*\*Mercado Pago Point via Orders API\*\* integrations operating in \`PDV\` mode. :::AccordionComponent{title="Aspects evaluated in the quality measurement"} During the measurement, Mercado Pago analyzes the following aspects of the integration: | Aspect | Description | |---|---| | Buyer experience | Evaluates the data and settings that affect the payment experience at the terminal. | | Financial reconciliation | Verifies that the integration facilitates correlating Mercado Pago orders with the operations recorded in your system. | | Payment approval | Analyzes the information submitted with each payment to improve the approval rate and apply fraud prevention tools. | | Scalability | Verifies that the integration can manage and sustain operations as the business grows. | | Security | Evaluates the secure handling of credentials and the data used during the purchase. | ::: :::::AccordionComponent{title="Measure the quality of your integration"} To start the measurement, declare how your integration works: 1\. Under \*\*Declara cómo operará la integración\*\*, indicate how many brands will use the integration, in how many countries operations will be carried out, and how many Mercado Pago accounts will be used. Complete it accurately so the result reflects how your integration actually operates. After declaring the information, you can perform the measurement \*\*manually\*\* or \*\*automatically\*\*. ::::TabsComponent :::TabComponent{title="Manual measurement"} To manually measure integration quality, use the \*\*Order ID\*\* of a production order whose payment was processed on a physical terminal: > NOTE > > Manual measurement is only available when the integration has production activity. Before starting it, process at least one payment with production credentials on a physical terminal. Because the measurement only accepts production orders, the standard virtual device is not valid. 1\. Select \*\*Probar la integración\*\* and click \*\*Comenzar\*\*. 2\. Under \*\*Medir la calidad de la integración\*\*, click \*\*Iniciar medición\*\*. 3\. Enter the \*\*Order ID\*\* of a payment made during the last \*\*7 days\*\* with :toolTipComponent\[production credentials\]{content="Access keys linked to your application that allow you to process real payments." link="/developers/en/docs/mp-point/resources/credentials"}. From there, you can update the declared information and run new measurements. After completing the measurement, apply all mandatory actions indicated by the tool and measure the integration quality again to verify the adjustments. ::: :::TabComponent{title="Automatic measurement"} Mercado Pago automatically evaluates applications integrated with \*\*Mercado Pago Point via Orders API\*\*. The measurement is performed monthly on the first production transaction of the month, even if you have already run a manual measurement. The result may change when the quality criteria are updated. View the result in \[Datos de integración\](https://www.mercadopago.com.ar/developers/en/docs/mp-point/resources/application-details), under the application's \*\*Calidad de integración\*\* section. ::: :::: ::::: :::AccordionComponent{title="Analyze the measurement results"} Under the \*\*Calidad de integración\*\* section in \[Datos de integración\](https://www.mercadopago.com.ar/developers/en/docs/mp-point/resources/application-details), you will find the following information: 1\. \*\*Score\*\*: indicates the level of compliance with the quality criteria and is calculated from the information submitted in the order. The minimum score to pass the quality measurement is \*\*73 points\*\*, but reaching it is not enough: you must also resolve all mandatory requirements. We recommend reaching \*\*100 points\*\*. 2\. \*\*Last measurement date and Order ID\*\*: identifies when the last evaluation was performed and which order was used. 3\. \*\*Evaluated aspects\*\*: shows the score for each aspect and allows you to filter the results by requirements, recommendations, and best practices. 4\. \*\*Medir de nuevo\*\*: allows you to repeat the measurement after applying the identified adjustments. Analyze the score together with the mandatory actions indicated by the tool. ::: :::AccordionComponent{title="Actions to improve your integration quality"} The result groups improvement opportunities into the following categories: \* \*\*Mandatory actions\*\*: requirements that you must meet to ensure integration quality. For example, configuring \[Webhook notifications\](https://www.mercadopago.com.ar/developers/en/docs/mp-point/notifications) or sending an external reference to correlate orders. \* \*\*Recommended actions\*\*: adjustments that improve the score. For example, submitting the purchase items correctly detailed in the order. \* \*\*Best practices\*\*: recommendations that do not change the score but improve operations. For example, creating a guide so the cashier can use the point-of-sale software correctly. Apply the specific instructions returned by the tool and run a new measurement to verify the changes. :::
